2. Custom Orders & Production

All Crafted Tees products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins within 3–5 business days.
Because items are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production has started.

3. Shipping

  • Orders ship via UPS Ground unless another method is requested and paid for at checkout.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier operations.

  • Crafted Tees is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We accept returns or exchanges only if items are defective or incorrect due to our error. To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@craftedtees.net with photos and your order number.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through our online checkout. We do not store payment information on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and images displayed on CraftedTees.net are the property of Crafted Tees or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crafted Tees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
